Easy Peeps!

Alright? So since the last time..... Well, lookin' to get a band together now I put the word out on Facebook. In the meantime I've been sampling live percussion (tams, shakers toy horns ect).

I'm now trying to get myself a laptop (who'd of thought, eh?) so that if the band thing goes pear and in the interim, I can at least perform my own stuff live. Time to bump things up a notch!

Anyway, I got back on sat 21st, from a week in Torbay (Brixham to be exact) with Lucy. It was nice to get away from the same old, and for saying that we got there on sat 14th, the weather didn't turn til Thursday evening. The locals were very friendly and we found the wickedest pub (Hole in the Wall, Brixham). Nice staff, nice beer, good company and, because it was Wednesday, free jukebox (stacked with loadsa mint tunes).

So, now I'm Back in Derby. It's the wee hours of Thursday mornin', its been rainin' most of the day and I've been workin' on tunes for most of the day, in part with Tiger Tee. Yesterday I realised I need to step my game up! MISSION ON !!!

Easy peeps! It's been a while, so I thought I'd drop by and let you know what's been gwaanin'. Well I've been pressin' on with the 'Stone Benj' project, still tryin' to perfect my sound. I have been buying up percussion instruments at a facinating rate as well as samplin' all manner of random noises (ACE).

Really lookin' to get a band together as well, put the word out on Facebook, gonna do the same on Myspace. I really wanna make this happen 'cos I got big plans (watch this space).

Anyway, that's future sh*t, so what's been happenin' in the here & now?
Well, got back on Saturday from a week in Torbay. Brixham to be exact. Wicked place, man! people are dead friendly and as everyone knows, Devon got the best fudge! (mmm fudge) .
