If you ain't black........
If you ain't black please refrain from talkin' patois. I mean, first of all it's insultin' to black folk , you wouldn't go to Scotland and start talkin' Scottish. Secondly, I am of Jamaican descent but I've never been to Jamaica- hence why I don't really talk patois, unless I am with family or just jokin' around. It is only acceptable when you live with a black person or hang around with black people on a v regular basis. WE ARE NOT AMUSED!!!!

Regime Change
Started working out today, for the 1st time in ages. 1 hour spent on Wii Fit, warming down, then it's time to hit the heavy bag in the cellar! More to folow.......
